FACILITIES

Onsite 24 hour Management is available to offer any assistance during your stay and they provide a concierge service allowing you to collect your Villa key on arrival at the resort.

Fully air-conditioned throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and an American style fridge. All utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware is provided for your indoor formal dining area and al-fresco dining by the pool. Also, a full sized washer, dryer, an ironing board and iron are provided.

There is large cable Tv with DVD,VCR and a games console.

Large 26` x 13` Pool with Spa is ideal for relaxing and cooling off (pool heat is available if required). The extended deck with poolside furniture provides the perfect setting and has outdoor lighting for the evening entertainment/al fresco dining and is in a perfect location to watch the nightly Disney Fireworks Display.

All bed linens and towels are provided though you will need to bring your own beach towels for the water parks although some of the parks do hire these.

The Villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and after your stay and there is an optional mid-stay clean if you require at a small charge.

There are 2 telephones which provide free local calls.

Smoke detectors are fitted throughout along with a fire extinguisher plus emergency lighting.

Booking Conditions
The Applicant accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of their party. Only persons named in the booking form are entitled to use the property.
|
|
Check-in/Check-out. The property is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure (it may be possible to change these times but you must request this prior to the commencement of your holiday).
Your responsibilities. The Party must treat the property; it’s furniture, fittings, utensils and other facilities with respect. This is a NO SMOKING villa, how ever smoking is allowed in the pool area and we do not allow pets in the villa. Any loss or damage must be reported immediately to the contact number available in the home. The Applicant may be able to replace any or make good any breakages or damage to the satisfaction of the management company. If this is not possible then the owner of the house reserves the right to withhold any monies from the security deposit for the replacement or making good of the said damage from any member of the party.
Safety. Children must be supervised by an adult whilst in the pool area and it is advised not to swim/use the pool area alone. Glass and breakable crockery must not be taken into the pool or surrounding patio area.
Cleaning. The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival and after you have departed. Should you require the option of a weekly clean (to include all linen and towels) you must request this prior to the commencement of your holiday along with the appropriate fee. Although the property will be cleaned after your departure it must be still left in an orderly state and all dirty kitchen utensils should placed in the dishwasher. Should the property require extensive cleaning then property owners reserve the right to withhold monies from the security deposit to cover extra cleaning charges.
Climate. The applicant is hereby made aware that as Florida is a tropical climate it is the home of many insects etc. Our home is treated on a regular basis to repel such unwanted visitors but inevitably they occasionally will find their way inside the property from time to time. They are best eradicated by spraying with an appropriate product.
Pool heat. This is available as an optional extra and can be ordered at time of booking or any time during your stay. These pool heaters will raise the temperature but please be aware during winter months the best you could hope is a raise of 10 - 15 degrees above the ambient temperature and on extra cold periods the heater will go into a defrost mode where the heater is switched off..
Guests. We would like to mention that we do not accept all male or female parties or groups of the younger generation without prior acceptance, if you are unsure please contact us for further details.
Problems. Any complaints related to the accommodation must be made verbally to the management company followed by in writing within 24 hours of any problem arising; They will endeavour to put things right. Unless there is a valid reason, we will not consider the property owners, their agents or representatives liable for any complaint that was not initially registered with the Global Management Company.
The owner, their agents or representatives will not be liable for: Any loss or delay caused by Force majeure (e.g. strikes, floods, conditions over which they have no control). Any loss due to noise or disturbance from anywhere within the vicinity of the rental property. Any loss due to complaints arising from construction The applicant is hereby made aware that, as on many estates there will be other homes under construction. Any personal injury, death, accident or loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused.
Please note that to keep the property at it’s best regular maintenance takes place and these are to include pool/ filter cleaning, Lawn cutting and shrub trimming, Pest control. This list is not endless and can include any maintenance that is required and contractors will endeavour to provide these services whilst the villa is unoccupied but in the event that these can’t then they will keep your disruption to a minimum.
Booking. A £100 or $175 per week or part of, Non Refundable deposit is required within 7 days of your initial reservation, to be sent with the completed booking form. On receipt of your deposit we will bank your cheque and wait for clearance, following which we will send out a receipt and confirmation of booking. Payment of the balance is due in full 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. On receipt, banking and clearance of your parties final payment, we will sent out your arrival pack. A £150 or $250 security deposit is payable with your final payment.
Cancellation. Any additions or alterations to the booking form must be notified in writing by the applicant. Applicants cancelling a booking up to 2 months prior to departure will be liable for 75 % of total booking fee and applicants cancelling within 1 month will be liable for the total amount. (see holiday insurance note at foot of page)
Security/Breakages Bond. We require a refundable deposit to be paid with your final payment. This deposit of £150 or $250 will be repaid to your party by
cheque, within 30 days of your departure , providing the local management have reported no breakages and you have returned the keys as requested. We check the inventory prior to your arrival and after your departure and will advise of any faults. These may include additional cleaning costs for stains ,spills etc. WE retain the right to retain the security deposit (either in part or full) to cover breakages, damage or non-return of keys. Receipts for repairs/replacements will be provided in the unlikely event that such retention of the security deposit is required.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and those whom you are booking are in possession of passports and any appropriate visas. British passports must be valid for 3 months after your departure FROM the USA.
Applicants are strongly recommended to take out adequate holiday insurance to cover cancellation, accidents/illness or damage. If you are hiring a car please be aware that most holiday insurance don’t cover you for liability whilst driving a motorised vehicle so we advise you to take out the extra insurances ( CDW SLI ETC.) available from your car hire company. |
